An update for May.
This month has seen so many ups but it has also had a lot of downs. But I do not want to share negative thoughts, so I will share positivity through my goals that I achieved in May.
No. 1 Wedding - Now. This is a big one. I wrote a blog post telling my readers my Engagement Story and they loved it. There was quite a response on my social media too. E and I agreed that we weren’t going to do a Facebook announcement when we got engaged, so with his permission I shared our story. The time is moving fast now though and there it is not long until our big day. So I need to focus on the small details and the bigger picture.
I can honestly say that I think everything is now under control. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but with a cool head an a massive cup of tea we have managed to sort everything out. Just counting down the days now. I cannot wait to marry him, eat lots of food and just get absolutely hammered. I plan on drinking champagne in my wedding dress from the roll top bath rub that is in my suite.
No. 2 Honeymoon - Not too different to the first goal, we really need to get all the details sorted for our honeymoon done ASAP. We have the basic things sorted, but it is the planning of all the little events that I love. All the museums and galleries we can see, all the shops I can drag E around and don’t forget all the food we get to eat. I just can’t wait.
All the accommodations are booked. All the train times are planned. All of the excitement has begun. One of the best things that I searched for was “The BEST fondue restaurant in Paris” so as you can see, I am taking the Honeymoon very seriously.
No. 3 Instagram - I really need to plan my Instagram better. When I have a day allocated to Instagram photography, then I get heaps done but I can be really bad at remembering to schedule it and get it done. It should be simple right? If someone has some great tips. Then leave them below.
My feed is a little more consistent now, so that is a good thing. I didn’t think I had a “style” for my photography, but now I realise that I do. Leave your Instagram links below for me to check them out.
No. 4 OOTD - I posted an OOTD blog post last week and it has been nearly a year since the last time I did it. It is mad. I have wrote (several times now) about my body shape and my confidence and how it changes a lot, like most women. This last OOTD shoot I did made me feel a lot better about myself, so I have a few blog post ideas up my sleeve. So, if you love fashion. Stay tuned.
I did it. I have managed to do some OOTD photos for my blog. I have even done more posts on Fashion which is a major passion of mine - after all I did study it for 7 years. Check out one of the popular posts from May for my OOTD [here].
What did you do in May that you are proud of?
