The essentials for a night out on the tiles...
Whenever I travel, I never pack light - unless it is a night out. I absolutely hate having a heavy handbag when I want to dance so I pack the very basics:
Choosing a handbag that is perfect for your needs is vital. I need to have a small handbag that has a long strap that I can wear across my body - just incase a dance off is on the cards. I also prefer handbags that have one main compartment and one small zipped section - I use this to hold loose change and my I.D.
Yet again, depending on your particular needs your purse will vary. I prefer little coin purses that are the perfect size for my bank card and some cash. And I always check that the purse actually fits in my bag. I have some awkward size handbags that are hard to access when "slightly" intoxicated.
Like most girls, I love jewellery. I have far too much - or so I am told, because I think you can never have too much jewellery. When I go out I tend to over accessorise, but that is fine because you can just take it off and pop it in your bag. I hate feeling under accessorised so I tend to make sure I have enough to complete the outfit.
I believe that it is vital to carry certain make up in your handbag when on a night out. I just like to keep it simple with lipstick and mascara - occasionally my blush will make it's way on to the short list, but that is a rare treat. I wear lipstick a lot and I talk a lot. Talking and lipstick don't like each other that much, so I always reapply when I remember.
A travel bottle of perfume is important. A few of my friends smoke and I hate being left out of a conversation, so I will go outside with them but I hate the lingering smell on my clothes. My current travel perfume is Chanel No.5 but I also love the mini bottle of Marc Jacobs Daisy - one of my ultimate favourite scents.
I do not need to say anything about this. Do I?
Obviously I would have my mobile phone and house keys with me and some mints for fresh breath, but they refused to be photographed for this shoot.
