When I was a little girl, I wanted to be a nurse. Or was it a dancer? Perhaps, a policewoman? I'm not 100% sure to be honest. If I were to ask my parents if they could remember what it was I wanted to be when I was a child, I am sure they would have no idea because I know myself that it changed all the time.
A few months ago I stumbled across an article in a magazine that discussed the importance of a ‘Digital Cleanse' and I was intrigued to test it out. The idea behind this cleanse was to free my mind of stress over replying to emails or social media comments or even how many likes my latest Instagram post got. To take a break from the digital world and step back into the real world - because it feels like I am missing the important things in life.
Talking about health and fitness is not something that I really do. Like. Ever. The only reason why, is because I don’t know enough to talk about it and I don’t really look after myself well enough. But times are changing.
If you were to know me - and I mean truly know me - you would probably think that I am a very happy person which a bubbly personality. Now, don’t get me wrong, I am those things but I also have a lot going on on the inside too.
