The perfect shoes for that 70s trend...
Whilst in London last week I popped into Topshop on Oxford Street, obviously, to have a wee gander at the shoes. My feet were killing me and I thought it was time to buy myself - yet another - pair of shoes. Now. I have big feet and find it really hard to find killer shoes that fit me well. I tend to be swayed by a certain style of shoes depending if they have my size or not. So, if they have my size in a pair of fugly shoes, then I will try them on and then try and build an outfit around them that will make them look less fugly.
This may sound like I just buy shoes left and right, but because I have large feet I have to give most shoes a second (and sometimes a third) thought. With these bad boys I liked them, then I tried them on and I wasn't that convinced. I held on to them though because there was something about them that I just really liked. I tried them on again and then decided to put them back. I walked away. I went upstairs. Then... I ran back. I loved them. I knew I did. I needed them and I am so happy that I bought them. I wore them and they are so comfortable and easy to walk in. I styled these with ripped black jeans that I rolled up, along with a purple check shirt. Planning a few more outfits for them, but I am in love.
