I do not know how many times I have wrote about earrings, but I don’t think it will ever get old. They are my favourite accessories – I even once referred to earrings as the “eyes to my soul”. I know, its ridiculous, but I just love ‘em. Big ones. Little ones. Odd ones. Even tarnished ones that turn my ears green.
I went through an obsession of big statement earrings that dragged my ear lobes down, but I am starting to love simple designs again. Before that fascination with big heavy earrings, I loved small teenie tiny minimal earrings. So I think I will always be impulsive and it will just continue in a loop.
These are my current favourite styles. From H&M, Tobi, Oliver Bonas and the last pair were discovered somewhere on the Internet – God knows where.
These small simple earrings have so much character, and I think that’s the reason why I am so drawn to them. The little hands really reached out to me – excuse the pun – online. They were just so cute. I want to say I found them on eBay and they cost buttons, so definitely going to scroll through the jewellery section of eBay again soon.
H&M have amazing earrings in store at such reasonable prices. There is always something for someone. Sometimes the display can be a bit of a riot, so you need to get stuck in and dig about to find the perfect pair for you. But if you are anything like me, within a matter or minutes you will have several pairs in your hands ready to go to the checkout. I picked up the hoops the last time I was in store.
The tassel earrings are probably the smallest pair of tassel earrings I own. I just really love that trend. These beauties are from Tobi – along with the oval drop pair – they have a great selection of fashion jewellery.
If you love delicate chic style earrings, then Oliver Bonas is a great store for this. The designs are so simple and feel very unique. The little odd pair in the photo above is from there and I just adore them. Something really retro about them.
Topshop used to be my one stop shop for amazing jewellery, but I haven’t been there in a long time. Perhaps I need to pay it a visit after payday. Oh payday. Just so far away.
