Stop the press. The ultimate lashes have landed.
Based in California House of Lashes seems to be the go to place for the perfect Instagram ready look. There are many Beauty Instagrams that I worship and a lot of them seem to be huge fans of the House of Lashes range, so I just had to get my hands on some.
The style that I seemed to fall in love with first was their "Bambi" Lashes (pictured in the pink case) which was featured on one of my Beauty crushes Jordi - follow her Instagram here. She is unbelievably stunning and her make up style is so inspiring, so much so that I have screenshot a few of them and use them for my beauty inspiration when I want to try something new.
Along with Bambi, I also chose three other styles:
Speaking of glue. One of the things that I love most about House of Lashes, apart from their beautiful selection of seductive lashes, is the fact that their eyelash glue sells like flowers... it does. It is so sweet, an amazing idea. I can't really pick out which floral scent it is, but it is lovely.
Also, the eyelash adhesive is purchased separate from the lashes themselves. This saves you hoarding the little tiny bottles of eyelash glue that other beauty brands pop in the pack. I also think that the quality is a lot higher than most. It seems to take the weight of the heavy lashes and it lasts all day. Perhaps because you are paying for it separately, so you would question the quality a lot more. Other brands that I have used in the past, that gives you the glue for free, I find that the glue needs to be topped up, or the lashes removed and reapplied in the bathroom of the bar/club/house/restaurant... you catch my drift. House of Lashes have definitely paid attention to the quality of their Lash Adhesive.
Another little thing that House of Lashes have created is the little pink ribbon case that holds up to three sets of lashes. How cute is it? I love it because eI always end up misplacing them and then getting a fright thinking there is a spider on the carpet. The case snaps closed to keep them safe and I just apply the tiniest bit of lash adhesive to them to hold them in place.
House of Lashes is definitely go to place for ordering Eyelashes online and showcasing them on Instagram.
