It takes you a good few minutes to choose the right shade of lipstick in the morning. You reach down for one of your favourites and slowly remove the lid of the tube ready to apply the lipstick. The lipstick is stuck in the lid! What do you do? Why. Fix it of course.
This happened to me last week and I was devastated. I left the tube to one side until I had time to fix it. Now a few people I know would either put the lipstick bullet in to a wee tub and use a lipstick brush to apply or some would just think of throwing away the lipstick (makes me feel sick thinking about that). The best thing to do is to fix it - why waste it?
So here is a step by step guide on how to rescue a broken lipstick.
There is a reason why I believe that this happened to my lipstick. I store all my lipstick bullets upside down in their stand so I can see the name of the shades clearly without having to dig around for a certain colour. So I blame gravity for this. So thanks gravity. Thanks a lot!
Has this ever happened to you? If so, what did you do to rescue your lipstick?
